The Crimson Bastard Returns

Sorry it's been so long but since I got back from Vegas, my life has been in overdrive. Many of you know this but for some of you who I haven't spoken to in a while, I quit my job at Estee Lauder to take a job in the city as a researcher for the game show Who Wants to be a Millionaire. I had to make that decision right after getting back from Sin City, which sucked because I felt bad not giving my boss over at Estee enough notice. And since I've been commuting from LI to the city now it just seems like I never have time to blog anymore.

Add to the fact that now my sister has moved back home, bringing along with her the newest member of the family. No, she didn't have a kid but she did buy a little black, French bulldog named Beamer. Needless to say he's handful since he's a puppy and all and it's been a process trying to get him and Pogie to co-exist.

But I can't complain too much since I really enjoy my job and the people I work with are really nice. Plus the Mets are in first place in the NL East by 11 1/2 games over the Phillies. And on top of that, they are sending 6 guys to the All-Star game with the possibilty of a seventh if Billy Wagner gets the online vote which ends tomorrow!

Just saw Superman Returns for the 2nd time last night and enjoyed just as much as the first time. I don't want to hype it up too much but I was really happy with it and couldn't get enough of my favorite superhero of all-time. Next up, I can't wait to see it on the IMAX because now I know what scenes I want to see in that format.

That's all for now but rest assured I'm still around and will be blogging regularly now that I am starting to get into more of a routine now.
